Position:

Do you enjoy working with skilled people in a job shop environment?  Do you view yourself as an organizer and a coach that can support and develop a team to perform at a top level?  This is the type of person we are looking for in our shop supervisor to help Arrow Grinding achieve it’s mission of developing high level craftspeople so we can be our customers’ most reliable source for precision ground parts and raw materials. 

You will be supervising about 20 people in all production and indirect activities on the shop floor.  The people at Arrow Grinding are very skilled at working on equipment such as Blanchards, surface grinders, cylindrical & ID grinders, honing, lapping, CNC lathes and CNC milling machines.

 Qualifications:

• 5+ years working in a machine shop environment
• 3+ years of supervision
• Computer literate
• Ability to read blue prints 
• 2 year degree
