We’re excited to announce a major enhancement to our CNC machining capabilities with the addition of the NEW Star Swiss Lathe. This advanced sliding head lathe delivers exceptional accuracy, rigidity, and productivity and perfectly complements our existing precision grinding capabilities. With our STUDER CNC cylindrical grinders and CNC automated centerless grinders, we can produce parts with exceptionally tight tolerances.
All under one roof we have the ability to:
• Grind our own Swiss bar stock
• CNC Swiss turn the parts
• Perform final expert precision grinding
Our extensive in-house capabilities save you time and costs by eliminating transit time for purchasing bar stock or sending parts out for grinding. We avoid additional mark up costs, and ensure reliable lead times and lower overall part costs.
We also manage heat treating and plating daily, making us your true one-stop shop for CNC machined precision parts.
